THEIR BEST SUMMER STARTS ONLINE.

Website Redesign Proposal 2027 — A Story-led digital experience designed to inspire families and turn first-scroll interest into genuine inquiry.

2–3 months

Full website engagement

$18,299 USD

The Goals

The physical experience is incredible!
The digital impression must be too.

The current website functions more like an informational catalog than an emotional experience. It doesn’t yet communicate the energy, trust, and unforgettable moments that justify a premium summer camp investment.

Make families fall in love before they ever visit

Video, imagery, and interactive storytelling should make the first scroll feel like arriving at Timber Lake Camp.

Turn curiosity

into inquiries

A compelling interactive experience and a clear conversion path should make reaching out feel like the natural next step.

Build trust and community

STARFISH values, staff quality, and decades of camp tradition should make the premium decision feel grounded and reassuring.

What the audit revealed

The experience is rich. The first step is less clear.

Timber Lake has a compelling setting, strong values and plenty of useful information for families. The main opportunity is to bring those strengths into a clearer journey, so first-time visitors know what matters and what to do next.

01

The story starts late

Video and tour links lead the homepage, while the camp’s setting, values and character appear after a crowded set of options.

02

First steps compete

Request info, tour the camp, try Rookie Days and enroll all appear as options without a clear starting point for new families.

03

Navigation takes work

Audience-based menus are useful, but the prospective-family menu is long and makes essential answers compete with exploratory content.

04

Reassurance is scattered

Health, first-year guidance, values and director introductions sit on separate pages rather than forming one confidence-building story for parents.

05

The inquiry feels heavy

The first-contact form presents address, camper and tour-date fields, making a simple question feel like a bigger commitment than necessary.

06

The handoff needs context

Enrollment leads to CampInTouch. A brief explanation of what happens next would make that transition feel more intentional and reassuring.

Process

The process we’ll follow from strategy to launch

At every stage, we’ll review the work, gather feedback, and collaborate closely on the next step.

Site Architecture

We’ll map the content and wireframe the complete site, using a full audit to validate the structure before the visual design phase begins.

Reviews

Each stage, beginning with the wireframes, includes a focused review and testing round to confirm that the user journey is clear, conversion-led, and easy to understand.

Design & Build

We’ll bring the plan to life through a distinctive website filled with thoughtful interactions that capture the spirit of Timber Lake Camp.

Launch & Optimize

We’ll test the complete experience, resolve final issues, and launch with confidence.

Support

After launch, six months of support will cover bugs, refinements, and essential updates as the new site settles into daily use.

Framer CMS & content ownership

A website the Timber Lake Camp team can run.

The Framer CMS is the operating system that lets one update flow across programs, sessions, activities, stories, parent resources, and campaign pages without duplicate work.

01

Programs

Camp programs, age groups, activities, schedules, and related information.

02

Stories

Camper experiences, parent testimonials, camp news, and related media.

03

Camp content

Sessions, activities, staff, facilities, traditions, and application details.

04

Campaign content

Articles, FAQs, reusable landing pages, and enrollment-focused content.

Structured once.

Reused everywhere. Published by the team. Governed with clear fields, relationships and training.

This proposed site architecture connects the camp experience, program details, parent resources, and practical information into a clear journey for every family. Each page has a distinct role, while the wider system remains flexible as Timber Lake Camp grows.
